Italian fake burritos or pseudo pizza calzone

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow or green
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 150 g salami (cooked salami)
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tortillas
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 pack of cheese (pizza cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely dice the tomatoes, salami, ham, and spring onions and place them in a bowl. Then add the pizza cheese, cream, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper until you have a tasty mixture. Take a few tablespoons of this mixture and place it in the center of the tortillas. Then fold the tortillas into a burrito (with the tortilla in front of you, first fold the bottom part up over the filling. Then fold in the sides, then fold the top flap down – so easy…). Bake the burritos at 200°C (fan oven) for about 5 minutes on each side. Then remove and serve.
