Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 baguette(s) for baking
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 16 black olives
- 4 tbsp red pesto
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C, slice the baguette, and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Peel and slice the garlic clove. Rub the cut sides of the baguette generously with the garlic clove. Slice the tomato. Tear the feta cheese and tuna into pieces. Spread both baguette halves with pesto. Distribute the tomatoes, tuna, feta cheese, and olives between both baguette halves. Season with salt and pepper. Return the baguette halves to the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 160°C.
