Spaghetti with yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 250g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the garlic and press it into a bowl. Mix well with natural yogurt, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt the butter or margarine in a small pan. Sprinkle in the paprika and mix well. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and immediately transfer to plates, drizzle with the garlic yogurt. Finally, drizzle with the melted fat. Serve immediately. Serve with a green salad.
