Garlic Herb Muffins

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of mixed herbs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g ham, diced
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • ¼ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

or donuts

Finely dice the onion and garlic, mix with the herbs, ham, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk the eggs with the oil, cheese, and milk. Mix the two mixtures well. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. It also tastes great as donuts.
