Sear the strips in a little oil, then add the sliced ​​or rolled spring onions and mushrooms. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, a little curry powder, and chicken seasoning, and continue to sauté until the mushrooms release their liquid. Drain the chanterelles. Add the chanterelles, cooking cream, and cream, and simmer over low heat until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Serve with Knöpfle (a kind of pasta dish) or Spätzle (a kind of pasta dish).
