Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Perfect for any party

Dice the onion and garlic. Cut the crust off the toast and soak it in water. Squeeze the dough well to minimize the water in the meat mixture. Knead everything into the ground meat and season with salt and pepper. Form small balls with your hands and flatten them slightly in the pan. Sear them vigorously on both sides to keep the meat juicy. Then finish cooking over medium heat. Use small round cookie cutters to cut out circles (burger buns) from the toast. Toast them in the pan until golden brown on both sides. After toasting, sprinkle half of the slices with sesame seeds on one side. Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes. Cut the lettuce into small pieces. Layer the ingredients to form a mini burger, using a slice of bread sprinkled with sesame seeds as the “lid” and securing it in the center with a fork or toothpick.
