Mushroom bruschetta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g mushrooms, white
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley
  • some thyme, dried
  • some oregano, dried
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • oil
  • 1 handful of Parmesan
  • 3 tsp balsamic cream
  • ½ baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the baguette into thin slices. Dice the mushrooms and fry them in a pan with a little oil, crushed garlic, thyme, and oregano. Then toss with finely chopped parsley, coarsely grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle the baguette slices with 1-2 teaspoons of oil on each side and fry in the pan until crispy. Then top the bread with the mushrooms.
