Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g ham, raw
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ½ bunch chives, chopped
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Rolls, for baking
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the ham into cubes. Grate the Gouda and mix with the chopped herbs and all other ingredients. Season to taste and spread the mixture on the bread rolls. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 10 minutes. This makes enough for about 12 regular-sized bread rolls. You can, of course, also use other bases, such as flatbread.
