Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, room temperature
- 120 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 75 ml milk
- 3 bananas
- 1 pack of cream powder (stracciatella)
- 3 cups whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
from a 26cm springform pan
Mix the batter ingredients together and pour into a prepared 26 cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30-40 minutes (test with a toothpick). Let the cake cool, then hollow out the cake. A base of about 1 cm should remain. Leave a border! Place the hollowed-out cake pieces in a small bag and crumble them (not too small). Place the sliced bananas on the cake base. Whip the cream mixture with the whipped cream and spread it over the cake in a dome-like pattern. Finally, sprinkle the cake crumbs on top.
