Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, room temperature
  • 120 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 75 ml milk
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 pack of cream powder (stracciatella)
  • 3 cups whipped cream

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mix the batter ingredients together and pour into a prepared 26 cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30-40 minutes (test with a toothpick). Let the cake cool, then hollow out the cake. A base of about 1 cm should remain. Leave a border! Place the hollowed-out cake pieces in a small bag and crumble them (not too small). Place the sliced ​​bananas on the cake base. Whip the cream mixture with the whipped cream and spread it over the cake in a dome-like pattern. Finally, sprinkle the cake crumbs on top.
