Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g berries (jostaberries)
  • 150 g rock sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 small lemon(s)
  • 3 carnations
  • 700 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 56 days; Total time approx. 56 days 15 minutes

Peel the lemon thinly and place the zest along with the other ingredients in a large preserving jar. Let it stand on the windowsill for 8 weeks, stirring occasionally. Filter through a fine sieve (I use a new pair of stockings) and pour into clean bottles.
