Wild garlic vinegar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 leaves wild garlic, small
  • 1 liter vinegar (white wine vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 7 days; Total time approx. 7 days 10 minutes

very aromatic

Thoroughly clean and rinse two 500 ml bottles with hot water. Add the washed and dried wild garlic leaves. Fill with vinegar until the leaves are covered. Seal the bottles and let them steep in a dry, cool, dark place for at least a week. It goes well with all leafy salads and for seasoning sauces.
