Feta cheese – minced meat – nests

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 roll
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g cheese, Gouda (grated)
  • 200 g feta cheese (sheep’s cheese)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some pepper
  • some chili
  • some Maggi
  • some Fondor
  • some breadcrumbs (only if needed if the meat is not firm enough)
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

from the oven

Mix the minced meat with the egg, the soaked bread roll, the diced onion, some breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, chili, Maggi seasoning, and Fondor. Using a tablespoon, place small nests on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with Gouda cheese, then feta cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Serve with Provençal baked potatoes (the recipe can be found in my profile) and salad or vegetables.
