Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of ready-made dumpling mix, half and half
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Let the dumplings swell according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, knead the ground beef with the spices and egg. Then roll out the dumpling dough into a rectangle (preferably on baking paper), spread the ground beef on it, and roll it up. Press the sides together and bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 1 hour. Serve with buttered vegetables.
