Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ bell pepper(s), finely chopped
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 pinch of clove(s), ground
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- 1 tbsp bacon, fatty, smoked, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

or meatloaf bundt cake, simple and inexpensive, also very suitable for guests
Fry the bacon in a pan, then sauté the onions and bell peppers until translucent. Moisten the breadcrumbs with milk and eggs, then mix the minced meat with all the other ingredients thoroughly. Grease a Bundt pan and pour in the meat mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes before turning out.
