  • 1 bottle of vinegar (wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
  • ½ lemon(s)

Place the violets and the sliced ​​lemon in a bottle and pour over the vinegar. You can also use more violet blossoms to fill the bottle. The blossoms should be covered and not sticking out of the top. Let everything stand in a sunny spot for 1-2 weeks, then strain it. If you like, you can also leave the blossoms inside as decoration. You can use the vinegar with fresh spring salads. Tip for an alternative treatment: For headaches, take 3 tablespoons of violet vinegar until the headache goes away.
