Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 4 handfuls of leaves from flawless, fragrant roses (unsprayed)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

To make the rose vinegar, bring 250 ml of white wine vinegar to a boil with the rose petals. Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey. Let it steep in a carafe for at least 2 weeks. Which honey you use is a matter of taste. I like orange or acacia honey.
