Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g double cream cheese
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp horseradish, grated
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch of salt

ideal for fish and meat fondue
Blend cream cheese with milk until creamy, season with horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and salt, and let stand for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight, before serving.
