Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Tabasco
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ideal for fish and meat fondue

Mix the mayonnaise with Tabasco sauce, season with salt, sugar, and pepper, and thin out with a little of the mushroom water. Finely chop the mushrooms, marinate them with a little lemon juice, and mix with the mayonnaise mixture.
