Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 1 tbsp brandy
  • 1 tbsp pepper, green grains, very finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix together the crème fraîche, sour cream, mustard, peppercorns and brandy.
