Minced meat – rice – pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 350 g minced meat, mixed
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 bags of rice, 125 g each (10 min. long grain rice)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • 250 g beans, frozen (green beans)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Peel the onion and slice it into thin wedges. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the onions and fry, then season with salt and cayenne pepper. Add the tomato paste to the minced meat and sauté briefly. Deglaze with 375 ml water, add the stock and the frozen beans, bring to a boil, and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Drain the boil-in-the-bag rice, tear open the bags, add the rice to the minced meat, and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Sweet and sour Asian sauce is delicious with it.
