Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g almond flour
- 100 g spelt flour
- 100 g protein powder (whey)
- 25 g baking cocoa
- 50 g dark chocolate, in pieces
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar, possibly xylitol
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 egg whites
- 300 ml milk
- 3 drops of bitter almond flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Combine all solid ingredients, including almond flour, spelt flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Then, while stirring vigorously, add the egg whites, flavoring, and milk until a smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. The cake has approximately the following nutritional values: Fat 40 g, Carbohydrates 90 g, Protein 200 g
