Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g cucumber(s)
- 1 piece(s) ginger root, walnut-sized
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and finely grate the cucumber. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic, and lightly fry in sesame oil. Add the cucumber and its liquid. Mix with the sambal oelek and the fish sauce. Simmer briefly until thickened and let cool.
