Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g white chocolate chips
  • 30 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking cocoa
  • 2 tsp cranberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp butter, room temperature

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Giant chocolate cookie with cranberries and white chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine baking powder, flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, butter, egg, and vanilla extract to form a dough. Stir in 2/3 of the white chocolate chips and the cranberries with a spatula. Form the dough into a ball and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Shape the ball into a large cookie and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips. Bake the XXL cookie in the oven for 15 minutes.
