Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp, heaped vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 cl rum
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 250 g desiccated coconut or hazelnuts or almonds, ground
  • 1 tsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

1 recipe – 3 variations, makes about 30 pieces

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and flavorings. Stir in flour and baking powder. Stir in desiccated coconut or ground nuts/almonds. Mix with milk until a soft dough forms. Place small mounds of dough onto the baking sheet using a macaron spoon. You can also form nut-sized balls. Bake at 170°C fan-assisted oven for approximately 12-15 minutes.
