Grilled ribs in marinade

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 kg ribs
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • marjoram
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Garlic
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 250 ml meat broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Pre-cook the ribs in salted water for about 15 minutes. Make a marinade with spices, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, soy sauce, mustard, onions, garlic, cooking oil, and meat broth. Marinate the ribs in the marinade and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before grilling.
