Smoked paprika and garlic marinade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg meat of your choice
  • 2 tsp paprika powder, smoked, sweet
  • 2 tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp smoked pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tsp salt or to taste
  • 100 ml sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 2 minutes

goes well with pork or chicken

Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and add to the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 to 2 hours or longer.
