Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 bunch radishes
- 1 tsp pepper, crushed
- 10 peppercorns, green
- 5 tbsp vinegar essence (25%)
- 150 g rock sugar
- ½ liter of water
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Trim and wash the radishes, then pierce each one with toothpicks. Bring water and rock sugar to a boil. Add the vinegar essence, oil, ground pepper, and green peppercorns. Add the radishes and cook for 2 minutes. Then remove the radishes. Let everything cool. Place the radishes in a jar and pour the liquid over them. It will keep in the refrigerator for about 2-3 weeks.
