Leek and ham casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g leek, in rings
  • 200 g ham, Black Forest
  • 150 g mountain cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 1 pack of béchamel sauce, ready-made or homemade
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash the leek and slice it into rings. Sauté it in a little butter and simmer for about 5 minutes. Place it in a casserole dish. Arrange the sliced ​​ham on top. Mix a béchamel sauce with the white wine and pour it over the dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven (approx. 200°C) for about 15 minutes.
