Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g butter
  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 300 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g ground walnuts
  • 125 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for 1 baking tray 30 x 40 cm

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Melt the butter and chocolate and let cool. Stir in the sugar, eggs, salt, ground nuts, flour mixed with baking powder, and finally the chopped nuts. Spread the batter on the baking sheet, bake for 30-40 minutes, let cool, and dust with powdered sugar.
