Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 100 g oat bran
  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 handful of walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 4 eggs, size M
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven). Whisk the quark and eggs until smooth, then gradually add all the other ingredients and mix well. Once everything is well blended, form about 9 balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 35 minutes. Since the rolls are a bit heavier, tap them to test them. If they sound dull and hollow, they’re done.
