Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 ml oil (sesame oil or other)
- 125 ml water
- 3 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp honey
- 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
- 1 pack of herbs, frozen or dried (garden herbs)
- ¼ tsp chili flakes
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, very finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Layer the meat and marinade in a bowl, alternating layers, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight is best. This makes enough for 4 large neck chops.
