Garlic – Paprika – Marinade

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp thyme, fresh leaves
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch(s) pepper, black
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel and juice
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 8 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal with poultry and fish

Mix all ingredients together. Marinate the meat for about 1 hour, or the fish for about 30 minutes.
