- 150 ml olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel and juice
- 2 tbsp oregano, fresh, roughly chopped
- Sea salt
- pepper, black
Instructions

ideal for lamb, pork, poultry and fish
Combine the oil with lemon juice, grated lemon zest, and oregano, and season with sea salt and pepper. Marinate the meat for about 1 hour, or fish for about 30 minutes.
