Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta, shell pasta
- salt and pepper
- 450 g turkey breast
- 2 bell peppers (red and green)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 900 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Cut the turkey breast into strips. Trim, wash, and cut the bell peppers into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Heat the oil in a pan or wok. Fry the turkey strips for 5-6 minutes until light brown on all sides. Then remove and set aside. Sauté the garlic and onion in the pan or wok for about 3 minutes. Add the bell peppers and sauté for about 10 minutes. Remove the vegetables and set aside. Melt the butter in the pan or wok. Stir in the flour and sweat for 1 minute. Pour in the milk and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the turkey strips, vegetables, and pasta, season, and heat briefly again. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a tomato salad with basil.
