Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g sausages, small Nuremberg bratwurst
- 4 rolls (rye rolls)
- 1 onion(s), diced
- ½ bottle of ketchup, with curry
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grill the bratwursts for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut a lid off each rye roll and hollow out the rolls. Mix the grilled bratwursts and diced onions with the ketchup and fill the rolls. Sprinkle with curry powder and replace the lid.
