Yogurt marble cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g sugar, brown
  • 300 ml natural yogurt
  • 150 g almond(s), ground
  • 80 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel and juice
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • Powdered sugar or chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the oil with the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the yogurt, nuts, flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Pour half of the batter into a prepared bundt cake pan. Stir the cocoa powder and rum into the other half. Spread the dark batter over the light batter and swirl it into a spiral using a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 40 minutes (test with a skewer). Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate glaze.
