Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g rice, cooked
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 300 g turkey meat, cut into strips
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- Balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
- possibly soy sauce

Sauté the zucchini, tomatoes, and turkey in olive oil. After about 5-10 minutes, deglaze with a little balsamic vinegar. Simmer for a few minutes, then add the rice. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste. Add a little more soy sauce, if desired. Serve with bread, baguette, or fresh salad.
