Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g pear(s), soft
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 60 ml syrup (chocolate syrup)
  • e.g. chocolate shavings
  • n. B. mint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup

Wash, peel, and core the pears. Roughly dice the pears and blend them with the milk and clove powder. Place a scoop of ice cream into each of two glasses, pour the chocolate syrup over it, and top with the pear milk. Garnish with the chocolate shavings and mint leaves.
