Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g spelt flour type 630
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g organic quark
- 1 egg(s), organic
- 55 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Vanilla flavor
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 60 g cinnamon sugar flakes, homemade, see recipe preparation
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Combine all the dough ingredients in a bowl. Then knead in the cinnamon flakes. Form a flat roll. Cut slices from this roll and divide them again to form triangles. Bake on baking paper in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. You can also use raisins or chocolate chips.
