Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • ¼ liter of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some tomato paste
  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with minced meat and tomato filling

For the pancake batter, whisk the eggs, mix with the milk, then add the flour and salt. Top up with water. Bake the batter into thin pancakes as usual. Now preheat the oven to approximately 200°C. For the meat filling, season the minced meat generously with salt and pepper. Finely dice the onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Then add the minced meat and fry. Spread the pancakes with tomato paste and the minced meat and roll them up. Place in a greased baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce over them and place the baking dish in the oven. Cook for 20-30 minutes at approximately 200°C.
