Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g tagliatelle, cooked
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 6 slices of salami
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 2 tsp pesto
  • Salt and pepper, white, from the mill
  • Pizza seasoning
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brush a small, round fruit pie plate with a little oil. Spread the cooked tagliatelle pasta evenly on top, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Arrange the salami slices and thinly sliced ​​zucchini decoratively on top. Sprinkle with a few dots of pesto, more or less to taste. Arrange thin slices of mozzarella on top, add a little more pizza seasoning, and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. If necessary, use the grill function for the last 5 minutes of baking.
