  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 1 small onion(s), finely diced
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 3 tbsp chives, in rolls

Instructions

Combine the cream and sugar. Slowly whisk in the lemon juice until a smooth sauce forms. Stir in the diced onion and season the dressing with salt and pepper, sugar, and lemon juice to taste. Fold in the chives.
