Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- Thyme
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the cream, add the mascarpone, and stir to dissolve. Add the Parmesan and seasonings and simmer, stirring, until a creamy sauce forms. Serve hot. This sauce goes well with spaghetti. Tip: If you don’t like thyme, you can substitute other spices or herbs.
