very similar to Burger King
Grate the chili pepper into a pot. Be careful not to get any seeds in the pot. Add all the other ingredients to the pot and bring everything to a boil briefly. Important: Allow to cool to room temperature before eating! Simply place the pot in cold water and stir occasionally. Tip: Serve the sauce with jalapeños on burgers or with fries. Note: Mild jalapeños are hard to find. The mildest ones I have found so far are the La Costena Nachos variety (available on Amazon under: La Costena – Nachos Jalapeño sliced - 440g/385g). If anyone can recommend even milder jalapeños or has improved the recipe further, please leave a comment.
