Mustard and horseradish schnitzel

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pork schnitzel
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • some mustard (tarragon mustard)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • n. B. Flour
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the horseradish with the sour cream. Pound the pork schnitzel slightly, then season with salt and a little pepper. Brush one side with tarragon mustard, then place the three slices of bacon on top and spread the sour cream and horseradish mixture on top. Then fold the schnitzel over, slightly pressing the edges together, and coat in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until crispy brown. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
