Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 120 g sunflower seeds
  • 200 g lentils, red ground, also for binding
  • 50 g leek, frozen
  • 2 tsp herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

gluten-free, vegan

Finely grate the potatoes and carrots, squeeze the water from the potatoes a little if necessary, mix in the sunflower seeds, leek, salt, and sugar, and finally add the ground lentils. Form patties and brown them on both sides in the hot frying fat over reduced heat. My own recipe
