Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml tea (chai tea)
  • 100 ml milk
  • some cinnamon
  • possibly vanilla sugar
  • some honey or sugar or sweetener
  • possibly cardamom, ground

very simple for home

I always make myself a large cup of chai tea, about 400 ml with at least two tea bags, and let it steep for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, froth the 100 ml of milk with a hand blender or something similar, adding cinnamon, vanilla sugar, honey, or cardamom to taste (depending on your personal preference). Sweeten the tea to taste (or not). I always use three sweetener tablets and two teaspoons of honey. Pour the frothed milk into the mug with the tea.
