Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk, warm
  • 1 cup(s) coffee, boiled, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Energy drink from grandpa’s time

In a large coffee mug, vigorously beat the raw egg. Add the sugar. Continue beating vigorously (for plenty of foam!) and pour in the warm milk. Finally, top up with coffee. Omit the milk and use more or less sugar, depending on your taste.
