Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g sweet cream
  • 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 100 ml white rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with white rum

Combine all ingredients in a tall mixing bowl or blender. Blend for about 4-5 minutes until creamy. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Stir well again and immediately bottle. Enjoy chilled. Store in the refrigerator, preferably because of the cream. It should last for several weeks.
