Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 250 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Blend the raspberries, sugar, and water and strain through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Then stir in the lemon juice, heavy cream, and vodka. Chill for 5 hours. This yields approximately 800 ml of liqueur.
